Duties & Responsibilities - Develop and oversee multi-city marketing strategy (digital + community + referral-based). - Manage and optimize digital campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, SEO, social media). - Build and maintain referral partnerships with physicians, hospitals, and senior communities. - Coordinate community outreach programs, health fairs, and sponsorship events. - Oversee patient acquisition funnel from awareness to conversion. - Monitor marketing ROland prepare monthly reports for management. - Collaborate with billing/admin teams to ensure compliance in healthcare advertising. - Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and caregivers. - Act as liaison between therapists, patients, and admin staff. - Conduct follow-up calls/surveys to measure patient satisfaction. Skills & Qualifications - Strong relationship-building skills for referral development. - Excellent project management, organization, and communication skills. - Familiarity with HIPAA compliance in marketing and patient data handling. - Data-driven mindset with ability to track ROl and adjust campaigns. Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour Education: - High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: - Marketing: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
