If you love building relationships face-to-face, thrive on the freedom of working in the field, and want a role where your hustle directly impacts your earning potential, we want to hear from you Responsibilities - Build relationships with local real estate agents, mortgage lenders, car dealership sales reps, and estate attorneys to secure exclusive client referrals. - Visit local businesses face-to-face to pitch commercial insurance reviews and group benefits to business owners. - Join and actively participate in local business groups. - Learning and understanding company insurance products. - Answering calls and responding to customer complaints. - Accessing customer accounts and policy schedules. - Providing customers with detailed information about policies and products. - Recommending available products. - Managing the customer complaint database. Requirements and Qualifications: - High school diploma - Bachelor's degree (ideal but not required) - Additional certifications and other professional development experience - 1+ year of service experience - Customer service and people skills - Phone, email, and chat communication skills - Friendly and professional demeanor. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic computer skills and knowledge of database software. - High-level typing skills. - Advanced knowledge of telephone and call forwarding systems. - Ability to remain calm in stressful situations. - Motivation skills and a positive attitude - Bilingual preferred (Spanish) Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year Benefits: - 401(k) - Flexible schedule - Paid time off Experience: - B2B: 1 year (Required) Language: - Spanish (Required) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Smithtown, NY 11787
