The role focuses on keeping product listings, promotional content, and website information accurate and up to date while helping convert digital inquiries into online and in-store sales. The successful candidate will work closely with the Marketing Manager and provide operational support for social media, digital campaigns, content updates, and marketing reports. Key Responsibilities1. E-Commerce & Lead Enablement – 50% Maintain and update furniture product listings, including product specifications, pricing, availability, dimensions, descriptions, and images . Ensure product information is accurate, complete, and consistent across online platforms. Monitor and respond promptly to website and digital inquiries. Qualify customer inquiries and refer potential customers to the appropriate store or sales team. Assist customers with online purchasing inquiries and provide relevant product information. Monitor digital leads and help ensure timely follow-up to maximize sales opportunities. 2. Multi-Site Content Maintenance & Quality Assurance – 20% Update promotional banners, campaign pages, product information, and other website content. Maintain and update restaurant website content, including menus, promotions, announcements, and other customer-facing information . Conduct regular website checks on both desktop and mobile devices . Verify links, pricing, product information, images, promotions, and other website content for accuracy. Coordinate corrections and updates with the appropriate team when issues are identified. 3. Social Media & Campaign Execution – 20% Assist the Marketing Manager with social media scheduling and content preparation. Coordinate creative assets, captions, product information, and campaign materials. Assist in preparing and organizing content calendars and promotional materials. Monitor campaign implementation and maintain basic campaign tracking reports. Support the execution of digital promotions across various online channels. 4. Technical QA & General Marketing Support – 10% Identify website issues such as broken links, missing images, incorrect information, or basic functionality concerns. Document and escalate technical issues to developers or third-party website providers. Assist with marketing reports, documentation, monitoring, and administrative requirements. Provide general operational support to the Marketing Department as needed. QualificationsEducation Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field . Experience At least 2 years of relevant experience in e-commerce operations, digital marketing, website management, online customer support, or a similar role. Core Competencies Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Good organizational and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace . Customer-focused and responsive when handling digital inquiries. Willingness to learn and work with different digital platforms and systems. Nice-to-Have Skills Familiarity with CMS or e-commerce platforms , such as Shopify or similar systems. Experience using Meta Business Suite or other social media management platforms. Basic knowledge of Canva or similar graphic design tools . Basic understanding of website content management and digital marketing analytics. Reporting Line Reports directly to: Marketing Manager Key Success Measures The successful candidate will be expected to maintain accurate and updated digital content, timely customer lead responses, consistent website quality, and effective execution of assigned marketing and e-commerce activities.
