Marketing and Sales Coordinator

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team handling sandwich panels, and HVAC . The candidate will coordinate between customers, sales staff, production, warehouse, logistics, and accounts to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer inquiries and orders.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with sales executives and managers.
• Follow up on quotations and pending customer inquiries.
• Coordinate order status with production and warehouse teams.
• Follow up on delivery schedules with logistics.
• Maintain customer databases and sales records.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Communicate with customers regarding order status and delivery schedules.
• Support sales team in achieving monthly targets.
• Monitor pending payments and coordinate with accounts where required.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of sales coordination experience preferred.
• Experience in HVAC, sandwich panels, PPGI sheets.
• Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
