This role focuses on building customer relationships, supporting sales, and assisting with daily marketing activities. We're looking for someone who is comfortable communicating with customers, promoting products, and staying organized with follow-ups and ongoing campaigns. Key Responsibilities - Make outbound calls to customers to promote products, introduce new offerings, and identify sales opportunities. - Build and maintain customer relationships through regular communication and follow-ups. - Provide customer service by answering questions, assisting with orders, and resolving inquiries. - Identify opportunities to upsell products based on customer needs. - Assist with marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches. - Coordinate weekly follow-ups with influencers, brand ambassadors, and talent to keep marketing activities on schedule. - Track customer interactions, sales opportunities, and marketing follow-ups. - Work closely with the team to support sales and marketing goals. Qualifications - Previous experience in sales, customer service, or marketing preferred. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Comfortable making phone calls and speaking with customers. - Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks. - Basic understanding of marketing and social media. - Positive attitude and willingness to learn. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
