About This Role The Marketing and Programs Manager is the execution engine behind Mi’s marketing and programs. This role produces Mi’s marketing work and coordinates the day-to-day delivery of Mi’s National (Remote) Community and Mi Specialized programs. On the marketing side, the Manager uses AI tools to produce copy, design, content, web updates, and campaign assets in-house. On the programs side, the Manager keeps delivery running smoothly, supports billing and reporting, and coordinates consultants and vendors so ministries are well served. This is a hands-on, AI-first role. The right person is already fluent with AI tools and uses them to produce high-quality marketing work at the pace of a small team. They also bring the attention to detail and follow-through that keep programs running accurately. Those two strengths, AI fluency and detailed program management, are what this role is built around. What You’ll Do Marketing Production and AI-First Execution - Produce Mi’s marketing deliverables using AI tools, including copy, design, content, web updates, and campaign assets - Execute multichannel marketing campaigns across the website, email, social media, content, and digital advertising - Create, apply and help improve Mi's AI-first workflows, standards, and quality controls - Support product marketing for Mi offerings, including Mi Academy, Mi Champion, and Mi Specialized, with content and campaign execution - Create and adapt marketing materials that help Area Directors of Local Communities strengthen local engagement and growth - Help maintain Mi’s brand, messaging, and positioning consistently across all channels Program Coordination and Delivery - Coordinate the day-to-day delivery of the National (Remote) Community and Mi Specialized programs, ensuring smooth operations and strong participant experience - Manage program logistics, including scheduling, enrollment, and participant communications - Support the implementation of Mi Academy and Mi Champion client engagements, coordinating the details so each agreement is delivered as committed - Track program activity and help prepare KPI reports on marketing performance, program success, growth, and financial results - Help refine programs based on data and participant feedback Financial and Billing Support - Collect, review, and organize Mi Specialized Consultants’ billable hours so the Senior Director can approve them for invoicing - Provide the accounting team with accurate, timely information needed for client invoicing - Help track program revenue and expenses against budget - Maintain records that support financial accountability and transparency Consultant and Vendor Coordination - Coordinate schedules, onboarding logistics, and communications for Mi Specialized Consultants - Support a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement among consultants - Manage day-to-day work with outside marketing vendors, including Mi's PR consultant Collaboration and Communication - Collaborate with internal departments, including Operations, Finance, and Area Directors of Local Communities, to support program growth and client engagement - Represent marketing and program needs accurately in internal coordination and planning - Communicate clearly and promptly with colleagues, consultants, and partners Client and Stakeholder Support - Build and maintain positive relationships with nonprofits, ministry partners, and program participants - Respond to inquiries and route qualified Mi Specialized leads to the right person for follow-up - Help ensure ministries are well served through Mi Specialized services and other Mi offerings What We’re Looking For - Demonstrated, hands-on fluency with AI tools for marketing production and operations, with real examples of work produced using AI, such as copy, design, content, web, or campaign assets. AI fluency is a core requirement of this role, not a nice-to-have, and candidates should be ready to show how they already use these tools - Proven attention to detail and accuracy in managing programs, with a track record of keeping logistics, scheduling, data, and billing organized, on time, and error-free - 3+ years of experience in marketing, program coordination, nonprofit work, or a related field - Hands-on experience producing marketing deliverables such as copy, design, content, email, social media, or web, preferably for nonprofit or mission-driven organizations - Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines without losing accuracy - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, nonprofit management, or a related field, or equivalent experience - Knowledge of nonprofit operations and fundraising a plus - Strong written and verbal communication skills Personal Qualities and Fit - Teachable and resourceful: you get the most out of AI tools and keep learning what they can do - Mission-driven: you care deeply about Christian ministry and find meaning in supporting Kingdom work - Organized and dependable: you keep many moving pieces on track and follow through - Detail-oriented: you care about accuracy, quality, and getting the small things right - Collaborative: you work well with colleagues, consultants, and partners - Servant-hearted: you serve with humility and a desire to help others succeed Statement of Faith This role requires alignment with Mission Increase’s Statement of Faith and organizational values.
