Take the lead as our Marketing and Communication Manager

Do you want to strengthen the brand and market presence of an international technology company in the aquaculture industry?

Pure Salmon Technology develops and delivers land-based RAS facilities (Recirculating Aquaculture Systems), designed to provide optimal conditions for land-based fish farming. We are now looking for a Marketing and Communications Manager who can take ownership of our marketing and communication activities and further strengthen our position as a leading international supplier of RAS technology and the preferred lifetime partner for our customers. This is a broad and hands-on position where you will work across marketing, communication, branding and commercial activities.

You will work closely with teams across the organisation to bring our technology and expertise to life through clear, engaging and targeted communication.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of the marketing and communication strategy
• Execute the company’s marketing and communication annual plan
• Manage and maintain the company website and digital channels, including content creation, campaigns, SEO and marketing analytics
• Develop marketing and sales materials, turning complex technology into clear and engaging communication
• Manage digital channels, content creation, campaigns, SEO and marketing analytics
• Plan and coordinate trade shows, conferences, customer events and other marketing activities
• Manage external and internal communication, including media relations, company news and change communication
• Support employer branding and sustainability communication, and manage the marketing budget and external suppliers

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing and Communication Manager who is commercially minded, proactive and comfortable working across a diverse international organisation.

Qualifications:

• Higher education within marketing, communication or a related field
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in marketing, communication and branding
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A commercial mindset and the ability to connect marketing activities with business and sales objectives
• Strong digital skills and an interest in using new tools and AI effectively
• The ability to work independently, structure your own work and collaborate across functions and countries
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
