Marketing and Care Supervisor for Caregiving Service
Overview Job Description: Join our dedicated team as an In-Home Care and Marketing Supervisor, where you will lead and coordinate in-home care services for individuals with diverse needs, including seniors and those requiring memory care or dementia support. This vital role combines leadership, caregiving expertise, and administrative oversight to ensure that clients receive compassionate, personalized care in the comfort of their homes. *1 to 3+ years of proven sales or marketing experience within home care, senior living, or healthcare. *Knowledgeable or has experience in Illinois Department of Aging *Build and maintain trusted relationships with hospital discharge planners, social workers, case managers, and local physicians. *Represent the agency at local senior expos, health fairs, and community networking events. *Support families through initial service inquiries, basic care evaluations, and the transition into care.
