This role will support the Market Planning and Pricing Department through price monitoring, volume analysis, financial planning, KPI monitoring, and business data management . JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Monitor and analyze price movements, pricing programs, and strategies affecting profit margins. Compute and prepare price movements for uploading into the company's systems. Consolidate and analyze price dipstick reports across market segments and brands. Maintain and update the Business Mapper system , including programs and movements per segment. Monitor and prepare reports on CAPEX and OPEX , including monthly variance analysis. Prepare monthly volume monitoring and analysis reports by account, store, dealer, revenue stream, SKU, and plant. Monitor manpower requests, approved headcount, and manpower movements against the established plantilla. Prepare and monitor cylinder infusion sales programs and analyze performance by plant. Ensure the accuracy of volume, price, and cost data used for financial and economic analysis. Monitor volume and margin assumptions against established targets. Develop, track, and analyze Sales KPIs and prepare monthly dashboards and reports for Management. Coordinate with various departments regarding pricing, billing, accounting, sales, and related concerns. Perform other related duties as assigned by Management. QUALIFICATIONS Graduate of any 4-year Bachelor's Degree . Strong familiarity with accounting processes and policies . Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills . Strong data monitoring and presentation skills . Excellent project management skills . Background in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is preferred. Must be detail-oriented and capable of handling and analyzing large amounts of business data.
