Designing and developing help files, FAQ's knowledge base articles and interactive tutorials. Working closely with engineers,developers, product manager and subject-matter experts to gather accurate information. Using graphics and flowcharts to clarify concepts and processes. Updating and improving content based on feedback or changes in product. Breaking down complex technical terms into language that can be understood by non-experts. Adhering to style guides and ensuring that documentation is consistent, professional and user-friendly. With Experience in Manufacturing Industry.
