What You'll Be Responsible For

You'll oversee daily production operations, lead manufacturing teams, and ensure equipment, people, and processes are working together to meet company goals.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Oversee daily production operations, staffing, and production scheduling - Lead and develop production teams, including Production Planning, Operator Technicians, Packing Operators, and Line Operators - Ensure products are completed accurately, on time, and to quality standards - Monitor production performance and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Drive equipment efficiency with a goal of maintaining 90% equipment uptime - Establish and manage preventative maintenance schedules - Ensure production machinery and equipment are operating properly - Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime - Oversee building systems, including HVAC and electrical systems - Develop and maintain maintenance policies, procedures, and reporting - Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency, equipment performance, and overall operations - Monitor maintenance needs, repairs, and equipment performance - Work closely with production planning and operations teams to meet production goals Requirements:

What We're Looking For:

We're looking for a manufacturing leader who understands both the people and technical sides of production.

You should have:

- 5+ years of experience leading production teams in a manufacturing environment - 5+ years of experience working with automated machinery - 3+ years of production planning experience - Previous experience with manufacturing scheduling and planning - Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities - Experience managing equipment maintenance and production efficiency - Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills - The ability to work independently while collaborating across departments - Strong attention to detail and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field preferred

Technology & Systems:

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel - Experience with MRP/ERP manufacturing systems - SAP experience is a plus - Ability to understand production specifications, quality standards, and statistical process control
