We're looking for an experienced manufactured housing salesperson ready to take ownership of a territory — working our lead flow, building their own pipeline, and earning what they're worth on uncapped commission. You'll bring 2+ years selling manufactured or modular homes and a track record of generating your own business alongside working provided leads. We offer both traditional and in-house financing options, plus established land partners — giving you a real edge in closing buyers who don't have land or can't get approved elsewhere. Sales training and support are provided to help you ramp quickly and build your pipeline. What you'll do Build and work your own pipeline through social media, networking, referrals, and community outreach across the Austin metro and surrounding counties Create social media content showcasing homes, buyer stories, etc Work company-provided leads from paid ads, social media, and our model home lot Run consistent outbound calls and follow-up — you know most deals close on the fifth touch, not the first Present home models, pricing, and financing options, including our in-house financing and land partner network Guide buyers from first contact through deposit, financing approval, and delivery Track activity in our CRM and follow TDHCA compliance and advertising guidelines What you bring 2+ years selling manufactured or modular homes, retail lot experience preferred A track record of self-sourcing deals, not just closing assigned leads Working knowledge of manufactured home financing Active TDHCA Manufactured Housing Salesperson license, or eligibility to obtain one Fluent, professional English; Spanish is a strong plus Comfortable on a 100% commission structure with uncapped earning potential Based in or able to reach the Salado area for scheduled lot shifts, with travel across the Austin-area territory What we offer 100% commission with bonus opportunities and no cap on what you can earn Traditional and in-house financing options, plus established land partners to help close more buyers Company-provided leads to supplement your own pipeline, plus a staffed model home lot Sales training and support to help you ramp and grow your pipeline Hybrid schedule: scheduled lot shifts plus field time and remote flexibility for follow-up CRM, marketing assets, and brand support already in place Growth potential as we expand across Central Texas Compensation: 100% commission, no base salary.
