# Managing Lawyer - Engineering/Construction Sector **HireBox** · Jakarta · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 6 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Job Description We are looking for an experienced Managing Lawyer – Engineering / Construction to provide legal support and strategic advice on infrastructure, construction, and EPC projects in Indonesia. Key Responsibilities Provide legal services and advice for infrastructure, industrial estate, port, and building construction projects throughout the project lifecycle. Independently draft, review, and negotiate EPC agreements, joint venture/consortium agreements, subcontracts, equipment procurement agreements, performance bonds, and construction insurance-related legal documents. Handle legal matters related to tender compliance, project variations, project handover, project payment settlements, construction claims, and project dispute mediation. Advise clients on construction-related licensing and regulatory requirements, including SIUJK, KSO, TKDN, building permits, and project employment compliance. Identify potential legal and contractual risks throughout project execution and develop appropriate risk mitigation strategies. Provide legal advice and support in handling construction claims and disputes, including mediation and other dispute resolution processes. Work closely with clients, contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders to ensure effective legal support throughout the project. Qualifications Valid PERADI Advocate License is required. Proven experience in construction, infrastructure, and/or EPC law. Strong understanding of Indonesian construction laws and regulations. Demonstrated experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating construction contracts and handling construction-related claims and disputes. Strong English communication skills, with the ability to work with bilingual legal and contractual documents. Strong legal analysis, negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills. Previous experience in a large law firm, particularly within a construction/infrastructure practice, will be an advantage. Work Location: In person
