# Manager - Warehouse Operation **VADILAL USA** · Midlothian, TX 76065 · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: сегодня* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Benefits: 401(k) Oversee receipt, inspection, and storage of all incoming goods Process client/customer orders accurately and on time Monitor warehouse space and storage capacity for new and existing products Maintain adequate inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment Verify physical stock against system inventory and resolve discrepancies Lead and supervise warehouse staff/labour teams to meet productivity targets Manage workflow to maximize efficiency and reduce overtime costs Report daily operational variances to management with corrective actions Conduct frequent visits inside freezer storage areas Ensure accuracy and completeness of all inbound/outbound documentation Coordinate with external parties for smooth and timely order processing Collaborate with internal teams: production, logistics, accounts, sales Ensure compliance with applicable state warehouse regulationsOperate and oversee use of warehouse equipment (pallet jack, rider jack, turret truck, forklift) Train new warehouse employees on processes, equipment, and safety Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback Ensure adherence to quality, health, and safety standards Perform additional duties assigned by management
