The Opportunity We are seeking a versatile, strategic, and dynamic Therapy & Commercial Training Manager to bridge the gap between Professional Medical Education and Commercial Excellence. This dual-focus role is designed for a dynamic educator who can elevate our commercial team’s performance while simultaneously advancing the clinical proficiency of the healthcare providers we serve. You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle—from onboarding to developing clinical workshops and strategic commercial initiatives. As a key architect shaping how teams and customers experience Cala’s technology, you will leverage 'influence without authority' to lead cross-functional teams. You’ll be working directly with leadership across the organization, and your fingerprints will be on how our commercial team and our customers understand and experience Cala day to day.
