Manager (Specialzed in Filipino Cuisine)
Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and energetic Restaurant Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for our high-volume Barbecue Fusion outlet. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of grill/live-fire kitchen operations, excellent inventory control, and a focus on customer experience. Key Responsibilities Operations Management: Oversee floor and kitchen workflows during peak operational hours to ensure fast, high-quality dining service. Food Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict hygiene, temperature control, and sanitization standards in full compliance with Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) regulations. Inventory & Cost Control: Monitor daily stock usage, control food waste, order ingredients, and maintain target food costs. Staff Leadership: Supervise, schedule, and train floor staff and kitchen helpers on customer service standards and food safety procedures. Customer Service: Address customer feedback promptly and maintain clean, welcoming dining and service areas. Sales & Reporting: Track daily sales totals, manage end-of-day POS reconciliation, and report performance metrics directly to management. Requirements & Qualifications Status: Must be currently residing in Qatar and available for immediate joining . Certifications: Must hold a valid Food Handling Certificate (FHC) / Health Card . Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in restaurants, fast-casual dining, or grill/barbecue concepts. Skills: Strong communication skills, fluency in English (Arabic is a plus), proficiency with POS systems, and inventory tracking. Work Ethic: Ability to manage high-volume shifts and lead a multicultural team effectively. Compensation & Benefits Salary: QAR 3,000 – QAR 5,000 per month (All-Inclusive: Base salary + housing & transport allowances). Benefits: Employment visa, medical coverage, and air ticket allowance as per Qatar Labor Law. Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
