Do you have a keen eye for performance figures while also recognising the importance of people? Then we have an exciting opportunity for you! What will you do as Manager Service Operations? In this role, you will be the driving force behind our international service organisation, providing support and maintenance for our security installations at various international airports. You will lead a team of local Service Managers and ensure that our services run smoothly, from operational performance and customer satisfaction to budgets and KPIs. You combine strong leadership with an analytical mindset and know how to strike the right balance between customer value and operational efficiency. Through your coaching-oriented leadership style, you will help teams reach the next level and ensure everyone works towards shared goals. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading, coaching and developing local Service Managers and their teams; - Managing KPIs related to service quality, response times, customer satisfaction and cost control; - Optimising processes and systems, including the use of service management software; - Providing financial insights by preparing, analysing and monitoring budgets; - Collaborating with stakeholders such as Sales, Finance and Operations, and reporting directly to customers; - Leading improvement initiatives that increase operational efficiency and deliver greater value to customers. What do you bring to the role? - A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field; - At least 5 years of experience in service management or operations management, preferably in a technical or industrial environment; - Proven experience in KPI-driven management and process optimisation; - Experience with service management software and financial reporting; - Strong leadership skills, with a coaching-oriented, communicative and results-driven approach; - Experience in stakeholder management, including collaboration with Sales, Finance, Operations and customers; - Excellent written and spoken Dutch and English.
