Manager / Senior Manager – Finance Job Location: Bengaluru Experience: 2–4 years post-qualification experience Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) Employment Type: Full-time About the Role : We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our finance team as a Manager / Senior Manager – Finance . The ideal candidate will have strong experience in revenue finance, accounting, MIS, financial reporting, audits, compliance, and business partnering. Candidates with experience in Big 4 / Big 6 audit or consulting firms and exposure to finance transformation, automation, ERP implementation, or fintech solutions are highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end revenue finance processes , including revenue recognition, reconciliations, MIS, and financial reporting. Ensure compliance with applicable Indian GAAP / Ind AS and accounting standards. Partner with business, product, and operations teams to provide financial insights and support revenue forecasting and business performance . Lead or support ERP implementation, migration, and finance system improvement projects . Identify and implement finance automation initiatives for billing, reconciliations, reporting, and other core finance processes. Collaborate with technology teams to integrate fintech solutions and improve finance systems, controls, and operational efficiency. Strengthen internal financial controls and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. Coordinate and support internal and external audits . Prepare and analyze financial dashboards, KPIs, MIS, and variance reports for management decision-making. Identify trends and provide actionable financial insights to support business growth. Drive process improvement , standardize finance workflows, and develop/document SOPs. Support commercial decision-making, including business models, pricing, negotiations, and financial analysis . Desired Qualifications & Skills : CA (Chartered Accountant) with 2–4 years of post-qualification experience . Strong experience in revenue recognition, cost accounting, MIS closure, financial reporting, and reconciliations . Experience in annual audits, analytical reviews, and business partnering . Strong understanding of Indian GAAP / Ind AS . Working knowledge of statutory compliances such as GST, TDS, PF, etc. Experience working with Big 4 / Big 6 audit or consulting firms will be highly preferred. Strong financial analysis and data interpretation skills with the ability to identify trends and business insights. Good understanding of commercial models and financial negotiations . Exposure to ERP implementation/migration, finance automation, digital transformation, or fintech platforms will be an advantage. Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location: In person
