In this role, you take ownership of laboratory systems and ensure that testing, investigations, and quality processes meet the highest regulatory standards. As a consultant with us, you get the opportunity to work with one of our clients, a leading company within the life science industry, where you contribute to optimizing processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and creating sustainable quality solutions. Your responsibilities: Quality assurance of chemical, physical, and microbiological testing and controls of products, raw materials/input materials, media, and manufacturing processes (including environmental hygiene) Quality assurance of validation and maintenance in the chemical/microbiological laboratory Equipment ownership for laboratory systems Review and approval of documentation, test methods, and processes for the Quality Control laboratory Review and approval of laboratory investigations and non-conformances You work in a dynamic environment where you independently drive your workflow forward while collaborating with multiple interfaces within the organization. Requirements: Strong knowledge of GMP/Quality Systems Quality assurance experience in a regulated laboratory environment Experience reviewing and approving laboratory documentation Experience owning laboratory equipment/systems Experience managing deviations, non-conformances, and investigations Fluent Swedish (native) and English, spoken and written Nice to have: Leadership experience or Quality Review Board participation Microbiology expertise Validation experience Experience with raw material and manufacturing process quality oversight CAPA and continuous improvement experience Assignment details Start: ASAP Duration: approx. 4 months Workload: 100% Remote: 100% onsite We offer At WeQuel, you become part of a consulting team that values people first – we believe success is created through engagement, collaboration, and development.
