# Manager - Projects **Prestige Estates Projects** · Bengaluru, Karnataka · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: вчера* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Job Description - Responsible for the execution of construction activities within the approved project timelines and budgets. - Prepare detailed construction schedules and ensure all works are executed as per the approved drawings, dimensions, and specified levels. - Ensure the quality of construction by adhering to approved drawings, specifications, and established quality standards. - Prepare Quality Inspection Reports (QIRs) and obtain approvals from the Client’s Representatives and reporting manager. - Delegate responsibilities to subordinates effectively and oversee the finalization, verification, and certification of contractor and vendor bills. - Ensure timely indenting, procurement, and availability of all required construction materials to avoid project delays. - Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and various agencies working at the site to ensure seamless project execution. - Monitor and track project budgets, costs, and expenditures to ensure adherence to approved financial plans. - Ensure compliance with QA/QC standards and Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) requirements through regular audits and monitoring. - Verify and certify project billing and ensure accuracy in all financial transactions related to the project. - Lead hazard identification and risk assessment initiatives across projects, ensuring compliance with safety, health, statutory, and PPE requirements. - Conduct incident investigations and coordinate emergency response activities when required. - Maintain drawing registers and ensure proper design coordination among all stakeholders. - Ensure timely completion and maintenance of all project documentation, including SAP transactions, BTCM reports, and other statutory or internal records. - Prepare and review material reconciliations and billing reconciliations to ensure cost control and accountability. - Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Reporting Manager from time to time.
