# Manager - PMO (CDTO's Office) **Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd** · Mumbai, Maharashtra · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 3 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Responsibilities & Key Deliverables - Drive governance, execution tracking, and reporting for the Vihaan Transformation Program across multiple workstreams. - Monitor program progress, risks, dependencies, milestones, and escalations to ensure successful and timely delivery. - Support the planning and execution of strategic initiatives across Digital Transformation and key business functions. - Contribute to high-impact projects spanning Customer Experience (CX), Digital Experience (DX), Manufacturing, New Plant initiatives, Data & Analytics, AI, and enterprise transformation programs. - Provide PMO support for Vihaan and ADC, including governance forums, steering committee reviews, executive updates, and cross-functional coordination. - Track action items, project deliverables, interdependencies, and overall program performance. - Develop leadership presentations, business reviews, dashboards, management reports, and strategic recommendations. - Support governance, monitoring, and performance tracking of organizational AI initiatives, including adoption, business outcomes, and strategic alignment. - Assist in annual budgeting, financial governance, investment tracking, budget utilization, and benefits realization for transformation initiatives. - Coordinate governance activities related to Cybersecurity, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and technology risk management, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation across digital programs. - Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive alignment, decision-making, and execution excellence. Experience 2-4 years post MBA Industry Preferred Qualifications MBA General Requirements - Experience in managing cross-functional projects and executive stakeholder engagement. - Self-driven individual with strong ownership and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
