Position Overview The Planning Operations Manager will be responsible for managing wholesale inventory, supply vs demand analysis, and operational excellence for Ralph Lauren's North America wholesale business across Children's, Footwear, and Accessories categories. This role focuses on maximizing inventory efficiency, achieving fill rate targets, and maintaining optimal sizing strategies while working closely with cross-functional partners to drive business performance and operational excellence. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Manage wholesale inventory levels across Children's, Footwear, and Accessories categories Conduct comprehensive supply vs demand analysis and implement action plans to optimize inventory positioning Monitor and maintain sizing strategies to minimize excess inventory Partner with Production teams to ensure proper inventory flow and targeted ownership levels to achieve fill rate targets and business objectives Track key performance metrics and prepare weekly and quarterly performance reports for senior management Analyze inventory, identify risks and opportunities, and develop strategic recommendations Collaborate with Account Planning, Regional Merchandising, Production and Account Services to ensure accuracy of bookings Identify and execute opportunities to improve operational processes and inventory management Drive continuous improvement in fill rate performance and inventory productivity Experience, Skills, and Knowledge Experience in retail planning, inventory management, or wholesale operations Strong analytical and mathematical skills. Highly organized and detail-oriented Excel proficiency required, including PivotTables, VLOOKUPs/XLOOKUPs
