Position Summary: Yew Chung College of Early Childhood Education (YCCECE) is seeking an experienced and proactive HR professional to join the College as Manager (Human Resources). Reporting to the Director (Human Resources), this role serves as a key Human Resources Business Partner, working closely with the team and business units to implement HR plans and people initiatives that support the College's strategic and operational goals. The role is responsible for improving HR service efficiency, data quality and user experience across the College. Key Responsibilities: Work with the Director (Human Resources) and Unit Heads to implement HR plans and people initiatives in support of the College's strategic and operational priorities. Serve as an HR Business Partner to assigned academic and administrative units, providing professional support on people matters, staff engagement and workplace culture. Lead or support the deployment, enhancement and adoption of the College's HRIS and Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data integrity and a positive user experience for staff and hiring managers. Leverage AI tools to enhance HR service delivery and staff self-service. Drive staff surveys, focus groups and other feedback mechanisms, analyse key themes, and coordinate staff engagement and wellbeing initiatives, including social taskforce activities, to enhance staff experience and organisational effectiveness. Prepare HR reports and workforce data analysis to support planning, decision-making and continuous improvement. Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor and the College. Job Requirements: Degree holder in HRM or a related discipline; a master's degree is an advantage Minimum 6 years or above of relevant HR experience, with solid exposure to HR business partnering, employee relations, staff engagement and HR operations. Hands-on experience in the deployment, enhancement, or administration of HR systems such as HRIS and/or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Working knowledge of, or strong interest in, applying AI tools (e.g. HR chatbots, automation agents) to improve HR service delivery. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and work collaboratively across academic and administrative units. Sound knowledge of Hong Kong employment-related legislation and HR practices; familiarity with college, higher education or academic environments is an advantage. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Interested candidates are invited to submit a detailed CV, stating current and expected salaries and availability. Salary and Fringe Benefits: Initial appointment will normally be made on an approximate 24 months contract. Remuneration is competitive and will be based on qualifications and relevant experience.
