HR Business Partner | 3–5 Years of Experience Fast-growing D2C brand looking for an HR professional to help build and execute people practices on the ground, while working closely with senior HR leaders. Key Responsibilities End-to-end talent acquisition and onboarding HR business partnering and stakeholder management Performance, engagement and employee experience Employee relations, policies and statutory compliance HR operations, payroll inputs, benefits and employee data What We’re Looking For 3–5 years of HR Generalist / HRBP experience Experience in a fast-paced consumer/D2C environment preferred Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and employee relations Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Comfortable working with autonomy MBA in HR preferred, not mandatory Location: In person Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
