# Manager HR & IR **CRUTZ LEELA ENTERPRISES** · Jadcherla, Telangana · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 3 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role HR & IR Head – Urgent Requirement Experience: 8–12 Years Industry: Dairy / FMCG / Food Processing / Manufacturing We are looking for an experienced HR & IR Head to manage plant HR operations, industrial relations, statutory compliance, workforce planning, and employee engagement for a dairy processing plant. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end Plant HR Operations including onboarding, attendance, payroll inputs, leave, transfers and exits. Handle blue-collar, contract and staff workforce and ensure effective manpower deployment. Manage Industrial Relations, employee grievances, disciplinary matters and domestic enquiries . Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Contract Labour and Factory regulations . Manage contract labour documentation, wage compliance and statutory requirements . Monitor manpower, absenteeism, attrition, overtime, productivity and labour costs. Drive employee engagement, welfare, training and grievance-resolution initiatives. Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance and Plant Management . Handle statutory inspections, audits, notices, registers and returns. Prepare and monitor HR MIS and manpower reports for plant management. Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in HR / Business Administration / relevant discipline . 8–12 years of relevant Plant HR & IR experience. Experience in Dairy, FMCG, Food Processing, Manufacturing or Process Industry preferred. Strong hands-on experience in blue-collar workforce, Industrial Relations and labour law compliance . Good communication, negotiation, grievance-handling and conflict-resolution skills. Comfortable working in a plant/shift environment .
