Ensure the smooth running of the entire employee lifecycle and compliance with legal and company requirements Philippines – Quezon City HR Full-time Your skills 7+ years of leadership experience (or equivalent) Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution experience (or equivalent) C1 English Degree in HR, law or equivalent field or alternatively broad work experience (or equivalent) in operational HR and leadership consulting Practical know-how of local labor law and compliant people practices Your tasks Conduct regular meetings with local business leaders to understand business needs and derive appropriate HR measures Administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrongdoing and terminations Ensure all processes are adhered to and meet quality and customer requirements and ensure the continuous improvements of processes, policies and standards Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources and talent management and recommended best practices for employee relations Provide support and guidance to HR colleagues and HR Business Partners, management and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise Be part of us Hemmersbach provides IT infrastructure services in more than 190 countries with 50 own subsidiaries.
