Job Title: HR Admin Manager (South India Admission Office) Location: South India Regional Office Organization: Parul University Language Requirements: Fluent in English, Hindi, and at least two South Indian languages (Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, or Malayalam) Job Purpose The HR Admin Manager will oversee day-to-day human resources and administrative operations for Parul University’s South India Admission Office. This role is responsible for talent acquisition, staff onboarding, employee relations, office management, and compliance, ensuring seamless coordination between the regional office and the main university campus. Key Responsibilities 1. Human Resources Management Recruitment & Staffing: Source, interview, and onboard regional admissions counselors, telecallers, and administrative staff across South India. Employee Relations & Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between staff and university leadership; mediate issues using regional language proficiency to ensure clear communication and smooth operations. Performance & Attendance: Track attendance, manage leave records, conduct quarterly performance evaluations, and assist in setting KPI targets for the admissions team. Training & Onboarding: Coordinate orientation programs to train new hires on university programs, admission procedures, and software systems. 2. Regional Administrative Operations Facility & Utility Management: Oversee daily office maintenance, vendor relationships, lease agreements, and supply inventory for the regional center. Budget & Expense Tracking: Manage operational expenses, petty cash, and local vendor invoicing in coordination with the main campus finance department. Compliance & Legal: Ensure regional operations strictly adhere to local labor laws, university regulations, and state policies. 3. Cross-Regional Coordination Bridge communication gaps between the Gujarat main campus HR team and regional South Indian staff. Facilitate multi-lingual documentation, translation of policies, and local language candidate interactions as required. Required Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred). Experience: 1–3 years of experience in HR and office administration, preferably in higher education, admissions centers, or regional corporate branches. Language Proficiency: Full professional fluency in English and Hindi . Proficiency in at least two regional South Indian languages (Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, or Malayalam) is mandatory to interact effectively with local staff and stakeholders. Key Competencies: Strong interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, organizational leadership, and proficiency with HR software (HRMS/CRM) and MS Office Suite. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
