Job Description To provide operational leadership and oversight for Facilities Operations across assigned St. Vincent s facility and associated regional sites. Accountable for day-to-day operations, site-level performance, system reliability, and support of regulatory compliance across multiple facilities. To serve as the primary UAB contact for local site leadership and ensures facilities services align with operational needs, patient care priorities, and system standards. Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field and minimum of 5 7 years of progressive experience in facilities operations, preferably in healthcare or multisite environments. Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM), Certified Energy Manager (CEM), or equivalent certification required within 18 months of hire.
