Job Description: Corporate HR Manager Industry: AAC Block / Manufacturing Location: Hitec City, Hyderabad Reports To: Managing Director About Us We are a growing AAC block manufacturing company committed to quality and innovation in building materials. We are looking for an experienced Corporate HR Manager to lead our HR function across plants and corporate office. Job Purpose To manage all HR activities including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, compliance, and training while supporting business growth and maintaining a positive work culture. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding: Handle hiring for corporate, plant, and contract labour roles; manage onboarding and induction. Employee Relations: Address grievances, manage disciplinary actions, and maintain positive employee relations. Payroll & Compliance: Oversee payroll processing, attendance, PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliance.app.jobitus Policy & Procedures: Develop and implement HR policies aligned with business needs and labour laws. Training & Development: Identify training needs and conduct programs for skill development and safety. Performance Management: Manage appraisals, promotions, and succession planning. HR Operations: Supervise HR team, maintain records, and manage HRIS and administrative facilities. Requirements MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant degree 8–12 years of HR experience, with 8+ years in manufacturing or industrial environment Strong knowledge of labour laws, PF, ESIC, and factory regulations Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in MS Excel and HRIS systems Pay: ₹48,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location: In person
