Manager - Business Excellence

Job Purpose

To drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, process optimization, and performance management across the organization. The role is responsible for implementing business excellence frameworks, improving productivity, enhancing quality standards, and supporting strategic initiatives to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Business Excellence strategies, policies, and improvement initiatives.
• Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other quality management methodologies.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for efficiency, cost reduction, and productivity enhancement.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics across departments.
• Facilitate process standardization and documentation of SOPs and best practices.
• Conduct internal audits and process reviews to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
• Support digital transformation and automation initiatives to improve operational performance.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective action plans for operational challenges.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure timely implementation of improvement initiatives.
• Provide training and coaching to employees on business excellence methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
• Prepare management reports and presentations on operational performance and improvement outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• Master's degree/MBA is preferred.
• 8-12 years of experience in Business Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Quality Management, or Operational Excellence.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt) preferred.
• Experience in managing cross-functional improvement projects.
