WE’RE HIRING | Business Development Manager – UAE

Spherehead is looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to build and lead our business development efforts in the UAE.

This is for someone who opens doors, builds senior relationships and turns conversations into business.

Your Mission

• Build and own Spherehead’s UAE business pipeline
• Open new accounts and generate Executive Search & Leadership Hiring mandates
• Build relationships with CEOs, Founders, CHROs, HR Directors & TA Heads
• Identify organisations with current and future leadership hiring needs
• Develop long-term client relationships and drive repeat business
• Represent Spherehead across relevant business and leadership forums

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in Business Development, Executive Search, Recruitment, HR Consulting or Professional Services
• Strong understanding of the UAE business ecosystem
• Existing relationships with senior business & HR decision-makers
• Proven ability to open doors and win new business
• Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
• An entrepreneurial mindset and hunger to build
