Plan, conduct and review Internal Audits and Internal Financial Control (IFC) Audits to assess risk management, compliance and control effectiveness. Identify process inefficiencies, internal control weaknesses and opportunities for operational improvement. Provide Business Advisory services, including financial analysis and strategic recommendations. Assist clients in setting up and optimizing MIS for improved financial and operational decision-making. Evaluate appropriate growth strategies and support clients in scaling their businesses through improved financial performance and operational efficiency. Mentor interns by providing technical guidance and ensuring quality and accuracy of audit and advisory deliverables. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) 5+ years of relevant post-qualification experience Strong experience in Business Advisory / Internal Audit / IFC / Risk Advisory Candidates should have relevant articleship experience or 2–4 years of strong post-qualification experience in the same domain Ability to independently handle assignments from Day 1 Strong client interaction and relationship-management skills Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving abilities Experience in team handling and mentoring Preference: Candidates who can independently manage client assignments and confidently interact with clients.
