Falcon specializes in the wholesale trading of artificial grass, vinyl flooring, and related products. Sister company, Zasha Home Trading LLC specializes in wholesale furniture, mainly plastic, metal, and office chairs, along with selected tables. Location: Ras Al Khor, Dubai Experience: Minimum 4–5 years in management, preferably in wholesale or general trading Key Responsibilities: Manage the daily operations of both companies Supervise sales, purchasing, warehouse, delivery, and administrative staff Set sales targets and monitor team performance Maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers Follow up on quotations, orders, payments, and outstanding balances Monitor inventory and coordinate stock replenishment Control operating expenses and improve profitability Ensure timely deliveries and resolve customer complaints Prepare regular sales, stock, expense, and performance reports Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate employees Identify new customers and business opportunities Report directly to the business owner Required Skills: Strong leadership and staff-management abilities Good sales, negotiation, and customer-service skills Knowledge of wholesale trading and inventory management Ability to manage multiple departments and priorities Good communication and problem-solving skills Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and business software Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage UAE wholesale-market experience is preferred Interested candidates may send their CV to: info@falcongeneral.ae 052 118 5963 Pay: AED5,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
