Job Responsibilities Handle customer enquiries and provide professional sales support. Prepare quotations and tender submissions with accuracy and timeliness. Conduct proactive sales calls to follow up on quotations and identify new business opportunities. Attend tender interviews and negotiate to secure deals. Deliver sales presentations to potential clients and key stakeholders, focusing on infrastructure, data center, and energy solutions. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our expanded portfolio—spanning LVSB/MCC, data center racks, and new energy systems—across digital and traditional channels. Plan and manage marketing campaigns, promotional materials, product launches, and corporate events/exhibitions. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and market positioning opportunities. Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website content management, social media presence, and corporate collateral development. Job Requirements Higher Diploma or above in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. Experience Requirements: Manager: Minimum 8 to 10 years of combined experience in technical sales, business development, and marketing within the electrical, building services, or construction industry. Assistant Manager: Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant sales and engineering experience. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a solid technical aptitude. Excellent negotiation and deal-closing abilities. Willingness to make sales calls and follow up via messages. Energetic, self-motivated, and easy-going personality. Holder of a valid driving license is an advantage. Demonstrated experience or strong interest in supporting B2B marketing initiatives and technical branding.
