ROLE OVERVIEW Disha Foods Private Limited is a growing FMCG organisation engaged in the manufacturing and marketing of biscuits, cookies, wafers, chocolates and confectionery , serving domestic, export, private-label and e-commerce markets. We are looking for a highly hands-on, entrepreneurial and business-oriented AI leader to drive the company's transition towards an AI-first and automation-led operating model . The Agentic AI Architect will identify, design, develop and deploy AI-powered solutions across the complete business value chain—from manufacturing and quality to supply chain, sales, marketing, finance, procurement and regulatory compliance . The role is expected to convert repetitive manual processes, fragmented workflows and data-intensive decisions into intelligent, automated and measurable systems . Core Mandate Identify → Automate → Integrate → Measure → Scale The incumbent will own the enterprise AI roadmap, prioritise high-ROI use cases, build AI/automation solutions, integrate them with existing business systems and demonstrate measurable improvements in productivity, cost, quality, speed, compliance and revenue enablement . 2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES A. AI STRATEGY & BUSINESS AUTOMATION - Develop and execute the Disha Foods AI & Automation Roadmap . - Conduct process audits across all functions and identify automation opportunities. - Build an AI Automation Opportunity Matrix based on business impact, feasibility, ROI and scalability . - Lead AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, AI Agents, RPA, Computer Vision and workflow automation initiatives. - Establish AI governance, standards, architecture and implementation frameworks. - Build business cases and ROI models for AI initiatives. - Create an internal AI Centre of Excellence / AI Transformation Framework . - Drive adoption of AI across departments through training, change management and implementation support. 3. ENTERPRISE AI AUTOMATION AREAS MANUFACTURING & MACHINERY Develop AI-enabled manufacturing solutions covering: - Production planning and scheduling - Machine monitoring and predictive maintenance - OEE and downtime analytics - Production-loss analysis - Energy optimisation - Computer-vision-based inspection - Packaging-line monitoring - Defect detection - Automated production reporting - IoT / PLC / SCADA / MES integration QUALITY CONTROL & QUALITY ASSURANCE Automate and strengthen QC/QA through: - AI-assisted quality inspection - Computer vision - Batch-quality analytics - QC checklist automation - COA/document automation - Non-conformance identification - CAPA workflow automation - Root-cause analysis - Supplier quality monitoring - Customer complaint analytics - HACCP / food-safety monitoring - Audit-readiness systems SOP & PROCESS AUTOMATION Build an intelligent AI-powered SOP ecosystem : - Digital SOPs and checklists - SOP creation and optimisation - Process compliance monitoring - Automated deviation alerts - Workflow automation - AI-powered SOP search - Employee AI assistants - Audit trails and version control - Process-performance analytics Objective: Move from SOP documentation to SOP execution intelligence. CANDIDATE PROFILE We are looking for an AI engineer who understands business , not merely an AI professional who builds models. Essential - 3+ years of experience in AI/ML, Generative AI, automation, intelligent systems, data science or digital transformation. - Proven experience deploying AI/automation solutions in real business environments. - Strong programming and API integration capabilities. - Ability to translate business problems into technology solutions. - Experience working with multiple stakeholders and enterprise systems. - Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. - Entrepreneurial, hands-on and execution-oriented mindset.
