What you'll do: Collaborate with leadership and business partners to identify analytics objectives and develop research plans addressing key business challenges. Lead and mentor a team to execute advanced analytics projects, providing coaching and performance feedback. Develop and implement data models, algorithms, and prototypes to drive actionable business insights and value. Manage end-to-end project workstreams, ensuring risk mitigation and solution validation. Partner cross-functionally to deliver consultative analytics solutions aligned with business goals. Oversee data analysis strategies and guide team members in applying advanced analytics for data-driven decision making. What you'll bring: Proven expertise in advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and data-driven decision making to address complex business challenges. Strong leadership skills with experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams. Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Tableau for data analysis, visualization, and business intelligence. Demonstrated ability to manage projects end-to-end, including risk management and stakeholder collaboration. Experience building and implementing data models and algorithms to drive strategic business outcomes. Excellent collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with leadership and external partners.
