Website: www.chemiealliance.com Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Accounts & Finance professional to independently manage the Company’s accounting, taxation, compliance, financial reporting and finance operations, to act as the primary Accounts & Finance point of contact for the Company with strong commercial understanding and the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities: Accounting & Closing: Overview day-to-day accounting, ledgers, provisions, accruals, reconciliations and timely monthly closure of books. Financial Reporting & MIS: Prepare P&L, MIS and management reports with analysis of revenue, margins, expenses and performance. Preparation of annual financial statements. GST & TDS: Manage GST, TDS, reconciliations, returns, payments, and related monthly and annual statutory compliances and other tax related matters. Receivables & Payables: Monitor customer outstanding, vendor balances, payment schedules and working capital. Cash Flow & Banking: Manage cash flow and daily fund requirements, banking transactions, foreign remittances and related documentation. Assist Management with financial analysis and business decisions. Import & Commercial Accounting: Handle accounting and documentation relating to imports, customs duties, freight, clearing charges and other foreign currency transactions. Audit & Tax Matters: Coordinate with the statutory auditors, tax consultants and other professionals. Internal Controls & SOPs: Maintain financial controls, documentation and improve accounting and finance processes. Team Management: Supervise, guide and review the Accounts team and ensure timely and accurate completion of activities. Management Support: Provide financial analysis, variance analysis and commercial insights to support management decision-making. Desired Profile Graduate, CA Inter with 5+ years of relevant experience Strong knowledge of accounting, GST, TDS and financial reporting Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel Experience in import/export, trading or manufacturing preferred Strong understanding of working capital and commercial transactions Good written and spoken English Ability to independently manage the Accounts & Finance function Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year Benefits: Provident Fund Ability to commute/relocate: Andheri East, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Application Question(s): What is your current annual CTC ?
