# Management Trainee (Supervisory) for Printer & TV/HA - Santolan, Pasig **Asti Logistics Inc** · Santolan · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 3 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Job Title: Printer & TV/HA Service Sales Department – Management Trainee (Supervisory) Department: Service Sales / After-Sales & Business Development Reports To: Business Development Head Key Responsibilities: Service Sales & Business Development - Learn and assist in selling service solutions such as maintenance contracts, repair services, spare parts, and consumables - Support the preparation of service quotations, proposals, and contracts - Assist in identifying sales opportunities within existing and new customer accounts - Participate in sales presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings Customer Relationship Management - Assist in managing customer accounts and maintaining long-term client relationships - Conduct regular customer follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and identify additional service needs - Help handle service-related inquiries, concerns, and escalations in coordination with technical teams Sales Analysis & Reporting - Help prepare sales performance reports, pipeline updates, and forecast summaries - Analyze customer usage patterns and service performance to support sales strategies - Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance service sales efficiency Training & Leadership Development - Participate in structured sales, product, and leadership training programs - Learn company pricing strategies, policies, and ethical sales practices - Perform other tasks assigned to support readiness for future supervisory or managerial roles Pay: Php13,437.50 - Php31,437.50 per month Application Question(s): - How much is your expected salary?
