Based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila , this is a full-time position that will provide you with comprehensive exposure to retail operations, customer service, and team management. As a Management Trainee, you will be part of a structured development programme designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to progress into supervisory and management roles within our organisation. About the role We are seeking a Management Trainee to join Techdynamics OPC in our Bonifacio Global City office in Taguig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position designed to provide you with comprehensive exposure to management functions and administrative operations. As a Management Trainee, you will be instrumental in supporting various departments, gaining hands-on experience across multiple business functions, and developing the foundational skills necessary for a successful career in management. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and contribute meaningfully to our organisation's operations. Key Responsibilities - Shadowing & Learning: Observe senior managers, attend training seminars, and take detailed notes on company policies and workflows. - Department Rotations: Spend designated time in areas like sales, marketing, human resources, finance, or daily operations. - Administrative & Operational Support: Assist with scheduling, data entry, report writing, and inventory or project tracking. - Team Collaboration: Help interview candidates, support performance reviews, and communicate with cross-functional teams. - Research & Analysis: Gather data on business metrics, analyze performance gaps, and present findings or recommendations to leadership. Requirements & Qualifications - Education: A bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, finance, marketing, or a related field. - Preferably Chinese or Fil-Chi (Filipino-Chinese) - Experience: Recent college graduate or up to two years of professional or internship experience. - Soft Skills: Strong verbal and written communication (*_ English, Tagalog and Mandarin _*) , active listening, leadership potential, and problem-solving abilities. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in office software (such as MS Office or Google Workspace) and basic data analysis. - Traits: High adaptability, a proactive attitude toward learning, and willingness to travel or handle rotational assignments. Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
