Management Trainee F&B (Desserts Brand) Job Level : Junior Executive / Trainee Department: Operations Department - F&B (Front of the House) Rate : RM 3,500 - RM 4,500 Location : The Exchange TRX | KLGCC| 1 Utama | Sunway 163 Mall Malaysia Working days : 5-6 days a week Overall Job Objectives: As a Management Trainee at TOFU G , you will undergo structured training in gelato outlet operations, customer service, sales, inventory, and team management. You will gain hands-on experience and mentorship to develop the skills needed for future supervisory and managerial roles. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Support the Outlet Manager in daily TOFU G outlet operations. Ensure excellent customer service and consistent gelato quality and presentation. Assist with staff coordination, shift duties, and team management. Monitor inventory, product availability, and stock handling. Support sales initiatives, promotions, and outlet targets. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and company standards. Handle customer feedback professionally and help improve the customer experience. JOB SPECIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business, Hospitality, F&B, or related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Passionate about F&B, desserts, and customer service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive, customer-oriented, and demonstrates leadership potential. Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Mandarin, Korean, or Japanese language skills are an advantage but not required. KEY DELIVERABLES Support smooth and efficient outlet operations.
