You will work on our warehouse floor, with the team, every day. We need someone who checks that work is done right and spots mistakes before they become problems. About us We roast and pack nuts, dried fruit and seeds, and sell on Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop. Small team, direct access to the owners. What you will do Pass on instructions from the owners and make sure they are followed Check orders, stock and packing daily and report any errors Follow up on tasks until they are done Handle routine admin work Send management a short daily update You are the right person if you Notice small details Can tell a coworker, politely but clearly, when something is wrong Are fine working in a warehouse, not behind a desk Speak good English and Filipino Know Google Sheets/Excel Pay: Php22,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month Application Question(s): A coworker made a mistake in an order that already went out. What do you do? The owners give an instruction, but a senior coworker says "we always do it differently" and ignores it. How do you handle it? You check 50 orders in a day and find the same small error 3 times, always from the same person. What do you report to management, and how?
