Responsibilities Set up the Japanese restaurant for daily service to ensure readiness and smooth operations Deliver prompt attention and service to guests to enhance their dining experience Process guest orders efficiently to maintain timely food and beverage delivery Train and coach junior wait staff to improve their service skills and performance Assist the restaurant manager with daily operational tasks to support overall restaurant management Model and promote the restaurant’s culture to junior staff to maintain service standards and team cohesion Preferred competencies and qualifications Interest in working in a new Japanese restaurant environment Passion for the food and beverage industry Customer-oriented service attitude to meet guest needs effectively Sociable and people-oriented communication skills Tactful and courteous interaction with guests and team members Ability to work well in a team setting Present a well-groomed and professional appearance Versatility in handling various tasks and situations Creative thinking to solve problems and improve service Ability to work effectively under pressure
