Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to RDT&E/weapon and weapon systems/project acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies government-instituted processes for project management, documentation, change control management and data management. Work as a part of an integrated team, consisting of both government and contractor personnel. Support the Performance Resource Team (PRT) operations by attending periodic meetings, participating in quarterly strategic planning sessions, and providing Coaching support for PRT team members. Responsible for providing awareness, knowledge, skills, and experience support across multiple teams within Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR). Education and Work Experience Requirements: Due to customer requirements, U.S Citizenship is required. Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoW Security Clearance for duration of employment. A SME is an individual whose qualifications and/or particular expertise are exceptional and/or highly unique. SMEs have a minimum of 20 years of experience working in their specific area of weapons systems. Must have experience that is applicable to U.S. Military or U.S. Government applications within one or more of the following areas: System Engineering, Test Engineering, Transition Engineering, Management Analysis, Training Services. Salary: the expected pay range for this position is $58.00 hourly to $75.00 hourly but is subject to change. Security Clearance: Secret
