Job Summary

The Managed Service Provider Department Head will establish and run the department, building its sales process, bringing in clients, and overseeing client support. This role offers broad ownership across the department, from its initial setup through ongoing service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Set up and lead the Managed Service Provider department.
• Develop and launch the department’s sales process.
• Bring in clients and support client relationships.
• Oversee client support from initial needs through ongoing service.
• Coordinate department activities from top to bottom.

Experience

• Experience leading or managing a department or service function.
• Familiarity with managed services and client support.
• Ability to develop and guide a sales process.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Sound judgment in balancing client and operational needs.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
