Qualification: Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of progressive supervisory or managerial experience in mall operations, commercial real estate, or property management. Skills & Competencies: Strong leadership, tenant relations, crisis management, budget monitoring, and operational execution skills. Job Purpose: Oversees total day-to-day operations, tenant relations, customer experience, safety, security, and facility upkeep of the commercial property to ensure asset value preservation, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
