# Maintenance Technician **Maico Gulf LLC** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 6 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role JOB PURPOSE To carry out day-to-day breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, inspection and basic troubleshooting of production machinery and factory equipment, ensuring maximum machine availability and minimum production downtime. The technician will support maintenance activities involving mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and basic control systems and assist the Maintenance Engineer in major repairs, machine installations, and improvement activities. MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT * Having strong knowledge in CNC machinery maintenance (PM & BM). * To be strong in troubleshoot and rectify common PLC, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults. * To be work on flexible with production team. * General building Maintenance (Lighting, Electrical wiring, plumbing etc). * Utility maintenance such us Electrical panels, water pumps, chillers, air compressor and EOT cranes, plumbing, Forklift, Air conditioner. * Knowledge in PM check sheet and data monitoring. * Able to read basic electrical/mechanical drawings. * ITI or Diploma in Electrical Engineering Education ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or related technical field. Technical certification/training in industrial maintenance will be an advantage. Experience 2–5 years of industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience preferred. Experience in a metal fabrication, sheet-metal, engineering or manufacturing factory is an advantage. Candidates with practical hands-on experience but limited formal qualifications can also be considered. Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED1,700.00 per month Work Location: In person
