Maintenance Supervisor – Technical Services & Building Maintenance

Fixen Technical Services L.L.C. is seeking an experienced and technically competent Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations across residential, commercial, and renovation projects in Dubai.

The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on knowledge of HVAC/AC, electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance , with proven experience supervising technicians, coordinating multiple sites, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring efficient service delivery.

We are looking for a responsible and proactive supervisor who can independently manage site operations, provide practical technical guidance, and maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance operations across residential, commercial, and property maintenance sites.
• Plan, assign, and monitor maintenance jobs based on service requests, priorities, and technician availability.
• Conduct site inspections, assess technical issues, and recommend appropriate maintenance or repair solutions.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance for HVAC/AC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance works.
• Diagnose technical problems and support technicians in resolving complex maintenance issues.
• Monitor technician attendance, job allocation, site readiness, and daily work progress.
• Ensure tools, materials, and equipment are properly prepared before technicians proceed to assigned sites.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, corrective repairs, emergency service calls, and scheduled inspections.
• Inspect completed works to ensure quality, functionality, and compliance with company standards.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, Operations, Procurement, and Management regarding site requirements and job updates.
• Monitor material consumption, identify shortages, and coordinate timely material requests.
• Ensure technicians follow work schedules, site instructions, safety procedures, and company policies.
• Prepare daily maintenance reports, inspection findings, job completion updates, and technical recommendations.
• Handle client concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution of maintenance-related issues.
• Manage multiple site assignments and ensure work is completed within agreed timelines.
• Support renovation and fit-out projects when maintenance-related technical coordination is required.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant UAE experience in building maintenance and technical supervision.
• Valid UAE Driving License – MANDATORY.
• Strong practical knowledge of HVAC/AC, electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance systems .
• Proven experience supervising maintenance technicians and coordinating daily site operations.
• Ability to independently inspect sites, diagnose technical faults, and recommend corrective actions.
• Experience managing preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Good understanding of technical drawings, maintenance procedures, and site requirements.
• Strong leadership, manpower planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage technician schedules, tools, materials, and multiple maintenance assignments.
• Experience in residential, villa, apartment, commercial, and property maintenance projects.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to prepare technical reports, job updates, and maintenance documentation.
• Familiarity with CRM, Odoo, or maintenance management systems is an advantage.
• Good understanding of HSE requirements and safe working practices.
• Reliable, organized, disciplined, and capable of working independently.
• Candidates currently available in Dubai/UAE are preferred.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Important – Hands-On Maintenance Supervision Required

This position requires actual technical knowledge and practical site supervision experience.

Applicants must be capable of independently handling maintenance inspections, technician coordination, technical troubleshooting, and daily site operations.

Candidates with experience limited to administrative supervision, scheduling, or general facility coordination without practical HVAC, electrical, or plumbing knowledge may not meet the requirements of this position.

Preference will be given to candidates with proven UAE building maintenance experience who can effectively lead technicians, resolve technical issues, and ensure professional service delivery.
