Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations and supervise technicians across assigned facilities and properties. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, team leadership skills, and experience coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance operations and assign tasks to technicians.
• Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, civil, and general building maintenance.
• Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Respond promptly to maintenance complaints and emergency breakdowns.
• Coordinate with contractors and service providers to ensure quality work.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure facilities are maintained to the required standards.
• Monitor maintenance schedules, work orders, spare parts, and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and applicable facility management regulations.
• Prepare maintenance reports and update records of completed jobs.
• Monitor team performance and ensure maintenance tasks are completed within agreed timelines.
• Identify recurring technical issues and recommend appropriate solutions.

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma or relevant technical qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, or a related engineering field.
• Previous experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in facilities management, building maintenance, or property management.
• Good working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems.
• Experience supervising maintenance technicians and coordinating contractors.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple maintenance requests and prioritize urgent jobs.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures and workplace health and safety.
• UAE experience is preferred.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage, where applicable.
