Maintenance Operations Manager - Retail Office
Establishes the enterprise asset management reliability and capital strategy aligned with the business, commercial, operational objectives across the life of mine (LOM) in compliance with regulatory requirements and safe work practices while achieving the reliability requirements of the mid-term and short-term objectives at optimum overall maintenance costs. Establishes the Asset Management & Maintenance Strategy for the enterprise fleet in support of the long term, mid-term and short-term enterprise objectives Establishes the reliability plan for achieving required fleet physical availability and operational reliability is support of the operational and business objectives Ensures updated asset registry of the enterprise fleet Conducts assessment of appropriateness of fleet units aligned with the operating environment and constraints aligned with the mine design Conducts fleet related risk assessment while developing risk-mitigation actions 5 years practical hands-on experience in mobile fleet maintenance Bachelors' degree in Engineering or related field In-depth knowledge of various mechanical and electrical systems is essential.
