Known for commitment to nutrition and sustainability. Our Role: 1. Maintenance Operations Management: Oversee daily maintenance operations to ensure production lines run efficiently with minimal downtime. Develop, implement, and manage preventive maintenance (PM) schedules for all equipment, machinery, and utilities. Coordinate and respond promptly to breakdowns, ensuring quick resolution to avoid disruptions in production. Supervise maintenance activities for HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and other plant utilities. 2. Team Leadership & Development: Lead, train, and mentor the maintenance team to enhance skills and performance. Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback. Foster a safety-first culture by ensuring compliance with workplace safety protocols. 3. Budget Management: Develop and manage the maintenance department’s budget, including tracking costs and ensuring spending aligns with financial goals. Procure spare parts, tools, and materials cost-effectively while maintaining adequate inventory levels. 4. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process and equipment improvement to enhance plant efficiency and reduce costs. Implement best practices for equipment reliability and energy efficiency. 5. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements (e.g., WHS, Building, Pressure vessel inspection and all MOM regulations). Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and performance metrics. Collaborate with Quality Assurance (QA) teams to ensure maintenance activities align with food safety and quality standards. 6.
